The Technology and Construction Court (TCC) Guide sets out a draft case management directions form in Appendix B. This form has been amended to reflect the launch of the Business and Property Courts of England and Wales (B&PCs) in October 2017.
A case management direction is a set of orders made by a court in order to manage the procedural aspects of a case. These directions can cover a wide range of topics, such as setting deadlines for the filing of certain documents, ordering the exchange of evidence between the parties, or scheduling pre-trial conferences.
