Define: Returning Employees
those employees wholly or mainly engaged in the provision of the Services (or the relevant part of the Services) as the case may be immediately before the end of the Contract Term or any earlier date on which this Agreem
those employees wholly or mainly engaged in the provision of the Services (or the relevant part of the Services) as the case may be immediately before the end of the Contract Term or any earlier date on which this Agreement is terminated who are to transfer back to the Council or to a Future Provider, as detailed in Schedule 6 (Staffing and Pensions);.

- When an outsourced service ends and staff must transfer back to the public body
- If TUPE applies on the expiry or termination of an outsourcing contract
- Where a successor provider may take over employees mid-contract
