all existing and future works created by the Assignor for the Assignee pursuant to the Agreement, The Assignor may want to narrow the scope of the definition by referring to the Agreement including without limitation, graphics, designs, artwork, drawings, documentation, software (including source code), records, logos, typographical arrangements and the works as further described in Schedule 1 Works should be defined to include the type of materials the Assignor has created. The parties may want to also include a specific list of the Works for certainty and all other materials in hard copy or electronic form.
