Enforce adjudicator's decision

If the losing party in an adjudication does not comply with the adjudicator's decision, the winning party may enforce the decision by applying to the court for an enforcement order. The court will usually grant an enforcement order if it is satisfied that the adjudicator's decision is final and binding and that the losing party has failed to comply with it.
