Tell us about you.
My name is Yasmin. I'm the Sales and Marketing Lead at ProConvey. A lot of my work focuses on helping founders within the legal industry improve processes - whether that's in house or in a startup.
What types of document do you typically draft?
A software licensing agreement is probably the document I draft the most. Other than that, it's terms that are needed in the context of a fundraise.
How does Genie save you time?
I remember when I was in one of my first startups, I was asked to draft a contract and I probably spent between 2 and 3 days just looking up laws and legislation that were applicable within the UK. Now that I can use Genie to do that in a couple of clicks, it saves me all that time that I can now spend doing other things.
