**Customization and Localization Opportunities**

BigLaw firms have the unique opportunity to leverage their resources for advanced AI implementation by fine-tuning models. Their firm-specific approaches and expertise, region-specific datasets and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) can localize outputs while maintaining house style. Real outcomes data can also be used to evaluate and improve AI models continuously.

Clifford Chance has developed its own private and secured AI tool, Clifford Chance Assist, on Microsoft's Azure OpenAI platform, which was rolled out to the entire firm following extensive trials.[118]
