HoSt Energy Systems has renewed its enterprise agreement with GenieAI. The group first selected GenieAI in June 2025 as the platform for drafting, reviewing, storing and negotiating its contracts, and renewed in July 2026 after more than a year of use across the business.

## Why HoSt Energy Systems chose GenieAI

The group needed a single platform that could handle its entire contract workflow, from first draft through to storage and negotiation, with access for every team member rather than a specialist few.

Speaking at the time of the original selection, Jafeth Bulsink, Head of Sales at Bright Renewables, said: "The reason we chose GenieAI was that it offered us a complete package with the most integrated parts that we needed. It could compare contracts against the standard head of terms we already had. And with the enterprise package, everybody across the group could use it internally."

## How the group uses GenieAI

A key factor in the decision was the ability to compare incoming contracts against existing heads of terms.
